Dr Campbell is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and accomplished real estate investor with over three decades of experience in property acquisition, asset management, and capital markets. Ed acquired his first no-approval assumption property at the age of 19—an early demonstration of his real estate market insight.

Throughout his career, Ed has proven his ability to navigate both domestic and international real estate markets. During the 2009-2011 real estate downturn, he strategically expanded his portfolio across multiple states and countries, capitalizing on undervalued assets and market inefficiencies. His expertise in identifying and executing profitable deals has consistently generated strong returns for both himself and his investors, even during challenging market cycles.

Ed brings a unique value proposition to a real estate debt fund. His deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital structures enables him to evaluate debt deals with a sophisticated, risk-adjusted approach. Being a Board Certified Anesthesiologist has helped further develop his disciplined, data-driven mindset, ensuring that every investment opportunity is carefully vetted for both yield and risk management.
